Refunds, Returns & Shipping Policy

Upon receiving your products, please carefully inspect the contents to ensure there is no damage incurred during the shipping process. Any claims for damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.  Kindly submit your claims via the contact us form and include comprehensive information along with images of the damaged items. In the event of dissatisfaction with our products, you have the option to request a full refund of the purchase price within 20 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a refund request, please reach out to us. Please be aware that refunds are not provided for a change of mind.

Once an order is received in our system, please allow a processing time of 1 to 2 business days to complete the order. Shipments are dispatched via Australia Post, and shipping times are counted as business days (Monday to Friday) following the processing period. It's important to note that this duration does not account for any possible delays due to inclement weather or public holidays.
